Prompted "You don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation." in my Personal Calendar.

Personal Calendar had created before the upgrade.

Can not cancelled or deleted meeting requested after upgraded office 2007 to office 2013. Prompted no permission.

Hi:

What is your account type? Is it IMAP, POP3 or Exchange? Can you check if you can use webmail access to edit calendar items? Did you use .pst file to get all your data to Outlook 2013?

Meanwhile, we can try some basic troubleshooting steps:

  1. Run Outlook with admin permission (hold ctrl+shift and click the Outlook icon), see this way you can edit calendar items.
  2. Switch to your calendar, check if your calendar permission set correctly? Try adding yourself as owner, see if it solve your problem.

If above steps didnt solve your problem, please provide the information I asked for in the first paragraph. Thank you.
